You get in touch with us

You have decided that you want to take the step into self-employment as a successful property agent. Now it's time for the first contact.

We get to know each other personally, also via ViCo

If it is clear from the first meeting that we harmonise well, we will arrange an appointment with a regional advisor. This appointment is entirely dedicated to you, as you can ask any questions you have and take a look behind the scenes. You are also welcome to visit our real estate offices and familiarise yourself with the way we work.

So that everything is right

We will then discuss all the contents of your contract with you. Only when all details have been satisfactorily clarified for both parties will the contract be signed.

We welcome you to our company

Welcome as a FALC licence partner. After signing the contract, you will undergo your basic training at the FALC Academy, which you will then expand on through classroom and online courses and your local mentor. Shortly before you start, you will receive a free starter pack with initial marketing materials and your personal access to FALC World - a unique community.

How do I become a franchise partner at FALC Real Estate?

To become a FALC partner, you can contact us via the online form or send us an e-mail to expansion@falcimmo.de. We will then get in touch with you and find out in an initial meeting whether our ideas and goals are a good match. Our recruitment process is divided into two meetings, during which you can get an idea of how we work together and we have the opportunity to get to know each other better.
